Tianjin Juhai Company: Promote Management, Quality First

(China Aluminum Network) In order to carry out the work conference spirit and requirements of aluminum business division of Tianjin Juhai Aluminium Extrusion Co., Ltd. (Juhai Company), Quality Department and Office held the Aluminum Business Division Quality Control Seminar in recent days, principals of each offices, Quality Department, PD, Technical Division, Supply and Sales Department, Deep Processing Plant together with representatives and executives attended the meeting. Lvtao who is the general manager assistant host this meeting.

At the meeting, Liu Fuqing the director of Quality Department made an introduction of aluminum business division’s quality control situation, development tendency and the construction of quality management system; conducted serious analysis evaluation combined with actual cases; participants proceeded a discussion in terms of quality, management improvement and quality management training. They all hold that quality control is the indispensable part of business administration, which will provides powerful management tool and means for the improvement of management standards and comprehensive strength. To do ceaseless improvement and fully conduct QMS is the prerequisite for an enterprise to remain invincible among international and domestic market.

By this meeting they have enhanced knowledge, strengthened consciousness, which was played a positive role in further construction of QMS and improvement of products quality.
