Chinalco and Shaanxi Province Sign Key Project Facilitating Agreement

(China Aluminium Network) Chinalco and Shaanxi Province signed a key project facilitating agreement recently. According to the agreement, Chinalco will actively boost recycling economy project of Shaanxi Province. Shaanxi will provide conveniences on Chinalco’s construction land, planning, resource allocation, etc. This agreement is an important measure for strategic cooperation between Chinalco and Shaanxi Province.
