Operating Situation of Guangdong Aluminum Processing Enterprises in May

(China Aluminum Network) According to the survey of 40 small and medium sized aluminum processing enterprises in Guangdong that 32.5% stated the orders were kept balance with last year, the operating rate was about 80%-100% in May; 15% said the orders were declined over 10% when compared with the same period in last year, but still kept normal operation; still 25% said the orders were decreased largely almost nearly 50%, the operating rate also less than 70%. Only 5% stated the orders were increased when compared with the same period in last year. In terms of the whole business condition of this year, the local aluminum processing enterprises generally said it was difficult to do business, especially largely declined in the profits. Further more, nearly half of the enterprises were shut down in some regions.
