(China Aluminum Network) In order to implement the spirit of the science and technology conference, further popularize managerial know-how of electrolysis and carbon technics, improve the professional standards of technicist and operating personnel, cultivate excellent technical team and skilled talents and promote management standards of electrolysis and carbon technique the company held an intellectual training in recent days.

Zhang Qinghua who is the director of the first electrolysis factory purification area conducted a training in terms of concentrated phase and ultra concentrated phase transfer, purification theory and equipment management. Lu Weihong who is the workshop director of charcoal ink factory held another training on carbon assembly productive technology control equipment management.

Through interior technical exchange and training that participants got a deeper understanding of electrolysis carbon processing equipments, updated knowledge, broaden vision and improved management standards of technicists.
