Aluminum Dross Recovery System of Chinalco Luoyang Aluminum Processing Factory Did Test Run

(China Aluminum Network) In May, Chinalco Henan Aluminum Company invested 1000 thousand yuan built aluminum dross recovery system after 3 months’ installation and debugging the ash rubbing machine was equipped with basic operational conditions, now was in the process of installation and debugging of cooling, crushing and bolting mill. Through this system to recycle liquid state aluminum and cool aluminum ash of aluminum dross, which can reduce 1% burning loss of large sheet ingot production line in Luoyang, as well as about 120 yuan of production cost. According to the annual production of casting plant can increase income of 3600-4800 thousand yuan, at the same time decrease the environmental pollution that caused by aluminum dross, improve effective utilization of resources.

This system was consisted of two ash rubbing machines, a cooling crusher and a cyclone dust collector. The ash rubbing machine through conducted grinding and mixing of hot state aluminum to separate liquid state aluminum, the cooling crusher conducted cooling, crushing and screening of mixed ash to separate solid matters. The handling ability of the whole aluminum dross production line was 2~3.0 ton/hour, comprehensive recovery rate of aluminum was more than 80%.
