The Drawing Force of SWA Aluminum Thick Plate Production Line Break Ten Thousand Tons

(China Aluminum Network) Recently, Chinalco Southwest Aluminum (Group) Co., Ltd’s drawing force of aluminum alloy thick plate production line broke ten thousand tons which realized full coverage in providing aluminium alloy material to “Large Aircraft” project.
This production line was up and running in November last year also was the mating production line of national “Large Aircraft” project. The construction of this production line marked the birth of domestic first professional aluminum alloy thick plate production line, opened a new era for this industry in China.
The 12,000 tons stretcher of SWA aluminum alloy thick plate production line equipped with the most advanced level regarded as one of the key devices, its stretching tonnage could reached 8700-8900 tons. It was the first time try to stretch more than ten thousand tons thick plate which was a brand new challenge for the stretcher, also came up with higher requirements of the performance index for strip breakage protection, structure grinding-in, pressure, precision and etc.
