Export Situation for Aluminum Profiles Still Worse

(China Aluminum Network) Wen Xianjun who is the vice-chairman of CNIA expected the export situation for aluminum profiles at the meeting of 7th Copper and Aluminum Summit.

He said aluminum profiles suffered the most trade frictions in the worldwide market among the whole non-ferrous metal industry. He thought that domestic and overseas aluminum price ratio was the main reason that impact aluminum profiles export, this situation will still in dim view in 2012 and export volume will keep the same with 2011 or increased slightly.

This year aluminum consumption volume in communications and transportation industry will increased largely which was about 550 thousand tons, increased 13.5%, downstream aluminum consumption will boost aluminum output. Thus, aluminum output will rise with slight range this year.
