(China Aluminum Network) At present, the average electrovalence cost for outsourcing power electrolytic aluminium enterprises has reached to 0.55yuan/kwh. The electrolytic aluminium production in Henan accounts for 20% for the total amount, while the average electrovalence reached to 0.62 yuan. This data is almost 2.5 times higher than the main international transnational electrolytic aluminium enterprises. The electrovalence cost accounts for 40%-50% for the total cost of domestic enterprises, but overseas enterprises only accounts for 25%-30%. Jia Mingxing said that affected by the rising of electrovalence and labor cost, China electrolytic aluminium industry has enter into marginal benefit age, the international competitiveness also reduced.
