    Agricultural Bank of China Got the Permission of Establishing Joint Venture Fund Company

    Agricultural Bank of China Banking Regulatory Commission has officially approved the agricultural credit the group with the French Credit Agricole Asset Management subsidiaries -- Public Secretary, jointly set up fund management companies, the China Aluminum Industry. A management of the bank told reporters that all along, French Finance Group are the Agricultural Bank of China strategic cooperative partnership and friendly, very close contact between the two.


     It is understood that this led by the Agricultural Bank launched a fund management company registered capital of 100 million Yuan. The company will be headquartered in Shanghai. From the equity portfolio, 51.33% of the equity holders in the Agricultural Bank, Credit Agricole Asset Management Company will be holding 33.67%. China and the world's second-largest aluminum producers to be holding 15% aluminum. This means that once the company formally announced the establishment of the Agricultural Bank will be holding its direct side.
