The center ply was 3××× alloy and the inside layer was 4××× alloy of brazing flux, then the interlayer was between them which consists of 3××ס¢1××× or 7××× alloy. The alloy quality of center ply was : 0.55~1.0Cu¡¢0.65~1.8Mn¡¢£¼0.3Mg¡¢£¼0.4Zn¡¢£¼1.0Si¡¢0.7Fe£¬£¼0.3Cr or £¼0.02Ti and add one or several of V¡¢zr¡¢In¡¢Sc¡¢Sn each quality was ≤0.5. The rest were aluminum and other inevitable impurities. If 3××× alloy for interlayer then manganese occupied 0.5%~1.5%.
