According to the principal of the company that they turned raw oil production line into aluminium hydroxide production line to control enterprise profits owing to the decline in alumina price. 

Moreover, since this company adopted imported bauxite for processing technic, then the rising of international ocean freight leads to the increasing of finished cost. Regard to these factors, the company decided to readjust the product mix and avoid price fluctuation in market.
