According to national Intellectual Property Bureau, the equipment and method of non-power cut and non-electrobath aluminum electrolysis series applied by people as Liangxueming ----the vice manager, general engineer of Henan Zhongfu Recourses Co., Ltd. and chief consultant of Zhongshi Saier Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhengzhou, gained the patent right accredited by the country.

The development of this technology was listed as 2005 state key industry technology developing subject, and past the state evaluation on 22nd November, 2006, solving the tough global technology problem in aluminum electrolysis technology field, reaching international advanced level.
