China¡¯s Bauxite Import Reaches 3.5784 Million Tons from Jan to Oct

(China Aluminium Network) According to the China Customs, China’s bauxite import reached 3.0862 million tons in October, up 74.75% YoY. From January to October, China imported 3.5784 million tons bauxite, up 47.29% YoY.

It is reported that China’s Oct bauxite was mainly imported from Indonesia and Australia. China imported 2.375 million tons bauxite from Indonesia in Oct, up 68.11% YoY. From January to October, China imported 28.0429 million tons bauxite from Indonesia, up 53.4% YoY. Meanwhile, bauxite import from Australia reached 7.1521 million tons from Jan to Oct.
