Chinalco Shandong Branch Took Measures to Ease Steam Supply

(China Aluminum Network) With the rising demand of steam in production and heating, steam supply represented tension situation with each passing day. Chinalco Shandong Branch as the major clinet of steam through management, technology and workmanship to ease such tension situation.

Before entering into winter, the factory conducted heat preservation and reinforcement to the steam pipe network, and to maximize the use ratio of heat. They also strengthen refined operation to further reduce thermal losses. Through reasonable arrangement and consecutive production to make full use of afterheat around the groove and lessen the usage of steam.

By means of such measures not only eased the tension situation but also reduced the cost and increased efficiency.
