Mingtai Aluminium Launches Questionnaire Survey Investigating Staff¡¯s Training Needs

(China Aluminium Network) In order to improve training work and make more scientific, reasonable training plan, Henan Mingtai Aluminium Co.,Ltd launched questionnaire surveys recently to investigate staffs’ training needs. The investigated staffs were from different posts of different branches including middle-level cadres and common employees.
