Dongyang Guang Aluminum: Raised 1.4 Billion yuan to Expand Production

(China Aluminum Network) Dongyang Guang Aluminum stated that they plans to raise 1.430 billion yuan to expand existing main business.

To expand production of main business

Besides issue expenses, the raised funds mainly used to expand 3500©Ospecific volume corrosion foil production line and 2100 ©Omesohigh chemosynthesis foil production line. Moreover, the company also consider to use the raised funds to pay bank loan.

To improve capital structure

The company plans to use 0.2 billion yuan to pay bank loan, inorder to improve capital structure.
