Aluminum Supply Shortage in 2012 China

(China Aluminum Network) according to PaulAdkins, excutive director of AZ China, in 2012 aluminm market may face 700,000 tons shortage, since China as the world second largest economic entity with sustained economic growth leads to the strong demand of aluminum.

Paul Adkins stated AZ China expected that total supply of aluminum will reaches 20,300 thousand tons while total demand will reaches 21,000 thousand tons in 2012 China. He also said in terms of demand, the rapid growth of China housing and building industry still need strong demand of aluminum. Demand in China may face fluctuation, but remain rising from long-term of view.
