U.S. Feb. Production of Primary Aluminum

According to the Aluminum Association’s surveys, the U.S. annual rate of primary aluminum production is 2,767,313 tonnes during February 2008, an increase of 14.0 percent over the February 2007 total of 2,428,514 tonnes.
And the annual rate of production of the previous mouth is 2,753,902 tonnes.
Year to date, the annual rate of primary aluminum production totaled 2,760,384 tonnes, representing the growth of 15.0 percent over the 2007 annual rate of 2,398,168.
