Yankuang Group¡¯s Aluminium Plant Selects Middle-level Cadres

[China Aluminum Network] October 9, 20qualified technicians of Yankuang Group’s aluminum plant participated in the public selection for deputy director of workshop and technical director.

The selection was operated strictly under procedure of open enrollment, qualification examination, comprehensive test and appointment. 11 workshop directors made assessment to the applicants by interview. One of the applicants said: “this selection provides a platform for all the technicians to show their abilities and review their previous work. The result is objective and convincing.” Official of human resource department said, the plant would always apply this fair and open selection mode to create a platform for the ambitious staffs.
