Cinda Transfer 33% Shares of Southwest Aluminum

[China Aluminum Network] October 10, yesterday, China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd announced that plans to transfer 33.6% shares of Southwest Aluminium (Group) Co., Ltd.  

It is learned that Southwest Aluminium (Group) Co., Ltd possesses 325,357 yuan registered capital, have 5 shareholders. Huarong Asset Management Corporation hold 50% shares ranks first, Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd is the second largest shareholder with 33.6% shares. This time required a domestic investor with good financial position. Insiders analysis that since Southwest Aluminium (Group) Co., Ltd is the third largest shareholder and controled by Chinalco directly, so Chinalco seems have the great possibility to take over.
