Guangxi Huayin Aluminium Hosts 2rd 2011 Interim Shareholder Meeting

[China Aluminum Network] September 22, Guangxi Huayin Aluminium Co., Ltd hosted its second 2011 interim shareholder meeting in Beijing.

Jan-Aug production and management report was made in the meeting by Gan Guoyao, general manager of Huayin Aluminium. The meeting affirmed the results achieved by the company from January to August despite of difficulties such as sharp rise in raw materials’ price and shutdown of Jingxi mining area. Meanwhile, the company was requested to further improve its production and management.

The meeting also discussed the technological upgrading project for 800,000tons aluminia. Preliminary work of the project was approved. It would be submitted to the board of shareholders for scrutiny after the finish of feasibility report.
