Rare Earth Production in Jiangxi Already Surpass 2010

[China Aluminum Network] September 28, RE price rise rapidly in domestic, especially arrowhead, terbium and europium, to promote the production value of RE industry in Jiangxi Province largely, just the first half year’s production value in 2011 has already surpass the whole year production value in 2010. But, due to the decline in price in July-August, has lowered RE industry production value in Jiangxi. From January to June, 2011, total yield of RE products reached 5,196 tons, and sales volume reached 4,805 tons.

Since affected by decline in RE price, from July to August, the total yeild of RE products was 500 tons, sales volume was 514 tons, production value was 2.2 billion Yuan, and sales reached 2.5 billion dollars.
