Chalco Qinghai Branch Provides Training to Backbone Staffs

[China Aluminum Network ] September 22, Hou Wenhao, production specialist of Mckinsey Shanghai gave a lecture on meeting effectiveness to about 120 middle managers and backbone staffs.

Mr. Hou made detailed explanation about process and method to carry out an effective meeting from two aspects. One is what is meeting effectiveness. The other is how to evaluate meeting effectiveness. Other contents gave by Mr. Hou include essentials for meeting preparation, major purpose of meeting, responsibilities of attendants, action plan tracking, etc. Mr. Hou also demonstrated the difference between ineffective meeting and effective meeting through spot presentation. The attendants benefited a lot from the one-hour splendid lecture.
