10 meters vertical quenching production line will be put into operation

20,000 tons of aluminum materials technical transformation project of Fujian nanping aluminum co., ltd, 10 meters vertical quenching production line will be put into operation after nearly one year construction. This is the first project in china¡¯s southeastern coastal areas. 

In recent years, with the continued expansion of Nanping aluminum material, industrial material accounts for over 45% among the materials in 2006. among all industrial materials, series 6¡Á¡Á¡Á and 2¡Á¡Á¡Á¡¢7¡Á¡Á¡Á hard alloy materials are most potential and have become the main development objective of many large aluminum companies. As the important projects in 2005 and 2006, aluminum alloy material vertical production line is mainly used in the production of 6¡Á¡Á¡Á series, as well as a good base to the production of 2¡Á¡Á¡Á¡¢7¡Á¡Á¡Á industrial materials.

After no-load and load tests, vertical quench furnace equipment operates steadily with various ideal indicators. Up to now, we have had 6061T6 order over 80 tons
