Two electrolytic aluminum producing area in Guizhou and Guangxi suffered drought that caused electricity supply shortage was the main reason lead to output fall after rise, and cause electrolytic aluminum smelting decline in utilization of capacity. Moreover, some electrolytic aluminum enterprises in Henan province also have the same problem that with electricity supply shortage and face close.
