[China Aluminum Network] September 23, Henan Shenhuo Aluminum Co., Ltd devote their efforts to develop 3004 aluminum alloy plate use cast-rollig to instead hot rolling, namely, 3004 aluminum alloy cast-rolling plate. This kind of products has already realized volume production, and products quality received full recognition.

Since use cast-rollig to produce 3004 aluminum alloy plate with short work flow, low energy consumption and cost, not only meet national energy saving policy, but also boost enterprise economic benefit. On the other side, due to segregated band and chromatic aberration lead to unstable volume production in production, always be the hard subject in aluminum processing industry.

In February 2011, Shenhuo Aluminum started doing researches on this subject and conducted several pilot production, finally work out this problem, came up with the solution of how to solve segregation and chromatic aberration on the surface of plate.
