Huadong Aluminum Adjusts Organizational Structure

[China Aluminum Network] According to Huadong Aluminum Co., Ltd’s project for organizational structural adjustment, preliminary results have been achieved in the administrative department, logistics center and service center. In order to improve the efficiency of management and optimize the allocation of resources, the company made the following adjustment to the manufacturing department: dividing the workshop into three parts(electrolysis, casting-rolling, power); cancelling the major repair shop; combining the machine shop and the power plant into power machinery plant; putting the transportation shop under the management of the logistics center. Besides, the production and management department is divided into eight units including: marketing department, aluminum electrolysis factory, casting-rolling factory, carbon anode factory, copper processing factory, power machinery factory, logistics center and service center.
