Chinese aluminum extrusions found being dumped by Australia

The Australian Customs and Border Protection Service announced the completion of the reinvestigation into aluminum extrusions exported to Australia from China.
Customs and Border Protection affirms the origin findings and states that import prices for primary aluminum do not reflect competitive market costs and therefore should not be used as a basis for constructing costs for the purpose of establishing normal values.
Customs and Border Protection dumping margin is a de minimize rate of less than 2%. The effective rates of duty imposed on imports of aluminium extrusions exported from China are 3.8% to 7.4% for Tai Shan City Kam Kiu Aluminium Extrusion Co Ltd, 6.1%-13.6% for PanAsia Aluminium Ltd, 5.5% to 7.6% for Zhaoqing New Zhongya Aluminium Co Ltd, 6.4% to 12.4% for residual exporters and 22.4% to 33.3% for selected non-cooperating exporters.
