Chongqing Bauxite Conservation Reaches 0.113 Billion Ton

[China Aluminum Network] August 24, According to the current research of Bauxite resource utilization, Chongqing bauxite conservation amounts to 0.113 billion ton which provides resource guarantee for its aluminum industry base construction.

From 2007 to August of 2010, Ministry of Land and Resource proceeds with an overall investigation of the current utilization of mineral resource including coal, bauxite and manganese etc.

The investigation shows that indentified bauxite conservation and retained resource reserve reaches 0.113 billion ton and 0.106 billion ton respectively.
