Ministry of Land: Accelerating Rare Earth Concentration

[China Aluminum Network] August 8, the healthy development of Chinese rare earth industry has once again obtained national guarantee. Ministry of Land recently on its official website announced that it will enhance supervising key rare earth industries and instantly discover and control any illegal investigation and exploitation activities.
Ministry of Land is a commission takes part in protecting Chinese rare earth industries following Commerce Department, MIIT and Environmental Protection Department. In fact, rare earth integration and environmental articles provided by MIIT and Environmental Protection have all left signs in Ministry of Land documents.
This is exactly one of the hot issues in rare earth market, namely, Southern rare earth integration. Recently, Baotou Rare Earth takes charge of northern rare earth. According to early media reports, Southern rare earth integration work also has its clear distribution. China Minmetals will be responsible for Jiang xi area; Chinalco will take charge of Guangxi rare earth work and China Non-ferrous Metal will endeavor to manage Guangdong works.
Ministry of Land indicates that in the integration process, any activities to enlarge rare earth production scale are prohibited. It will actively carry out integration work for rare earth resource and annexation and reorganization of rare earth enterprises as well as optimizing production structure and implementing giant enterprise strategies.
