Guangxi Baise: Aluminum Industry, the Key Pillar of Tax

[China Aluminum Network] July 28, according to the statistics from the National Tax Bureau, Baise’s Aluminum production in the first half year has reached 0.633 billion accounting for 30% of the total national revenue.
With 20 years’development, Baise Aluminium has formed three aluminum production base by the end of 2010, namely Pingguo,Debao and Jingxi and Tiandong, an aluminum mating base and “3+2”spatial distribution of Baise’s production and research base. Baise has realized the annual production capacity of exploiting bauxite 12 million tons, alumina 6.2million tons, electrolytic aluminum 0.82 million tons, aluminum profile processing 0.73million tons and carbon 0.6 million and caustic soda 0.2 million tons. The total industrial output has reached 30 billion. In 2010, city aluminum industry national tax revenue reached 1.21 bn Yuan, accounted for 33.8% in city national tax revenue and became the "leader" in city key tax funds.
