    Meishan Silicon and Aluminum Industrial Park Reward as Super ten-bn Industrial Park

    [China Aluminum Network]July 26, The provincial government has formally announced some related documents which claiming the Meishan Silicon and Aluminum Industrial Park as a ten-bn industrial park, namely the 1525 project.


    It is said that in the provincial working conference that held on November.7th, 2008, our province initially put forward the plan to implement the construction engineering for 1525 project. That is ,by 2012, the province as a whole endeavor to construct more than 25 industrial parks whose annual sales revenue exceed 10 billion and 5 industrial parks with 50 billion as well as one that would exceed 100 billion.


    By 2010, there are 35 industrial parks with operation revenue exceed 10 billion in Sichuan. Moreover, it has achieved the goal of developing 10 billion parks two years in advance with 10 more than the previous goal. this list of the “1525 project” is the first dynamic adjustment since its announcement in 2009.
