Chinalco Holds International Talents Management Training

(China Aluminum Network) June 29, recent days, Chinalco holds an international talents management training at its headquarter. Staff from company’s general office and human resource departments together with people from China Copper and International Chinalco attends this training.

Four experts who come from Australian MonashUniversity were invited to attend this training. They give a lecture on international strategy, transcultural management, international team development, international staff requirements and payment design, including case analysis.

The training deepens those people's understanding of company's international strategy, expand their view, and strengthen their international communication ability.
