Key Aluminum Enterprises Exchange Union Work

(China Aluminum Network)May 23, it is reported that on May 17 during the 25th Trade Union Coordination Exchange Conference which undertook by CHALCO Guangxi Branch 26 key aluminum enterprises’ trade union officials express their plans about the development of union work.

Every key aluminum enterprise union representatives exchange and discuss their own union work. Union of Baotou Aluminum (Group) CO.,Ltd launch labor contest named “control lose, increase profit” and superior incentive mechanism make their sprit as the order of the day in their company. The staffs in this company propose 560 pieces of reasonable suggestion every year create or save more than 11 million Yuan. Wu Jianqiang, general manager of Guangxi Branch states trade union work is important to the development of company; they think highly of democratic management of enterprises and integrate union work into production and operations management, widely promote recreational and sports activities and labor contests.
