Xiong Weiping elected as the chairman of Chinalco Finance Company

(China Aluminium Network) April 6, Chinalco Finance Co., Ltd held the first meeting for the first session of the Board. Company directors: Xiong Weiping, Luo Jianchuan, Liu Caiming, Zhang Chengzhong, Ren Xudong, Xie Weizhi, Zhang Zhankui attended the meeting. The compant supervisor Zhao Zhao, Ou Xiaowu also attended the board meeting as observers.

On the meeting, Xiong Weiping was elected as the Chairman of Chinalco Finance Co.,Ltd, Zhang Zhankui as the General Manager, Zhu Shuhong as the Deputy Deneral Manager.

The first meeting for the first session of the board of Chinalco Finance Co.,Ltd brought to a successful close, which marked the establishment of corporate governance of the finance company. Meanwhile, the enterprise management system and risk prevention system also made it clear that were the management principle “rely on the group, serve the group, standardize their operations, and develop healthily” and strategic positioning “provide group professional finance service and platform for the Combination, achieve group strategic and self sustainable development.”
