    China's power consumption rises 12.3% in the previous two months

    (China Aluminium Network) According to the figure from China Electricity Council, domestic total power consumption reached 7,025 million kwh from January to February. The four major industries, chemical industry, building industry, iron and steel smelting industry and nonferrous metals smelting rose 9.4% YoY, accounting for 32.7% of total power consumption.


    It is worth noting that China’s industrial power consumption reached 4,984 million kwh with an increase of 11.29% YoY, slight lower than total electricity consumption growth rate. chemical industry, building industry, iron and steel smelting industry and nonferrous metals smelting industry consumed 2,296 million kwh with an increase of 9.4% YoY, which accounted for 32.7% of total power consumption.
