Nanshan Aluminium : Production capacity to rise; Products structure to be optimized

(China Aluminium Network) Huatai Securities researched Nanshan Aluminium recent days. Huatai Securities thought Nanshan would transferred into deep-processing dominated aluminium enterprise from traditional electrolytic aluminium smelting enterprise. The highlights for Nanshan’s futures are showed below£º

1£® Upstream alumina capacity will rise sharply. 2. The output of every aluminum processing chain in the future will gradually reach; 3. With the mature of aluminium processing technology, aluminum products structure will be optimized; cans materials and railway profiles will be the leading products of Nanshan’s aluminium processing.

It is expected that alumina output will rise by 80% in 2011. Nanshan’s aluminum procesing capacity will release gradually. In 2010 Nanshan’s hot-rolling, cold-rolling and aluminum extursion products reached respectively 280,000 tons , 180,000 tons and 110,000 tons, but in 2011 the capacity will touch respectively 350,000 tons, 210,000 tons and 150,000 tons.

Nanshan Aluminium processing structure will be further optimized: cans materials will rise to 160,000 tons. Cold-rolling products profitability will be enhanced in the future. Nanshan’s industrial profile output will rise to 60,000 tons to 70,000 tons from previous 30,000 tons. Railway transportation aluminum profile output will be over than 20,000 tons. The rest industrial profile is mainly used for aluminum Container, aluminum profile for machinery, radiators and military products.
