Dingli Share purchases Cenxi Rare earth Company, bright future to be expected

(China Aluminum Network) Recently Dingli Share (600614) released a notice that the company purchased 10% of Cenxi RE Development Co., Ltd at the price of 4,000 yuan. Presently the exploration area of Cenxi rare earth reaches more than 200 Square kilometers. The initial rare earth reserves is about 700,000 tons. Analyst said heavy rare earth was the base of Guangxi rare earth resources. Measured by 200,000 Yuan per ton, Cenxi rare earth values about 140 billion yuan.

Jiang Weixing, Manager of Dingli Share, said strategic layout of the rare earth industry was a new try. The company was much optimistic about the potential market value and future development.
