Aluminum Corporation of China: Sales Revenue over 2000 billion Yuan

(China Aluminum Network) It was reported that CSIC realized revenue of 142.5 billion Yuan with an increase of 17% YoY and increase of value added touched 16%. The profit rose 11.7% YoY, which exceeded the "Eleventh Five" goal. In term of civilian vessels operating and prodction, completion and the amount of ship orders both rose sharply. Together with rapid growth of ships business, non-ship industry also had new breakthrough. The total non-ship industry rose by 26% YoY, accounting for 40% of the Group's total economic output.
During the "Eleventh Five", total investment of CSIC rose by 190% YoY. Total profit rose 450% YoY. Sun Bo said that CSIC would strive to realize more than 160 billion Yuan revenue in 2011 and enter into global top five hundred companies.
In 2010 Aluminum Corporation of China(Chinalco) achieved great accomplishment. Chinalco gained annual operating revenue of 200.3 billion yuan with an increase of 41% YoY and oOperating profit of 2.7 billion Yuan.
According to press spokesman of Chinalco introduced that alumina output increased 29.6% YoY; electrolytic aluminum capacity rose 22.2% YoY. Aluminum processing rose 31.9% YoY. Refined copper rose 11.9% YoY. Copper processing rose 17.7% YoY.
