"East Sunshine"Aluminum Issues Notice: Progress of changes in shareholders' equity

(China Aluminum Network) Shareholder of Guangdong “East Sunshine” Aluminum Co., Ltd---Shenzhen East Sunshine Industrial Development Co., Ltd (Hereinafter: Shenzhen East Sunshine) transferred its 90,000,000 shares to Dongguan Chang’An East Sunshine Drug Development Co., Ltd (Hereinafter:Drug Company). The transfer procedures have been finished. After4 the transferring, Shenzhen East Sunshine will hold 428,000,000 shares, which accounting for 51.72%, and still is the company’s shareholder. Dongguan Chang’An East Sunshine Drug Development Co., Ltd will hold 90,000,000 shares, which accounting for 10.88%.
