ACH (Aluminum Corporation of China) Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Three Gorges Corporation

(China Aluminum Network)December 9, Aluminum Corporation of China (ACH) signed strategic cooperation agreement with China Three Gorges Corporation in Beijing. As per the agreement, both parties will invest to build domestic and foreign hydropower plants, develop minerals resources and cooperate in other fields.
Signing Ceremony
Xiong Weiping, general manager of Chinalco, Cao Guangjing, chairman of China Three Gorges Corporation attended the signing ceremony. Zhang Chengzhong, vice general manager of Chinalco, Lin Chuxue, vice general manager of China Three Gorges Corporation signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. General Director Luo Jianchuan presided the signing ceremony.
Before the signing ceremony, Xiong Weiping told the team about Chinalco’s measures to face financial crisis positively, realize comprehensive structural adjustment and management innovations, accelerate the pace to transform to international multi-metal mining company.
Chinalco’s strategic cooperation with China Three Gorges Corporation is a major step actively implementing “ Go Global” strategy.
