    China's nonferrous metals production increased more than 20% from Jan. to Oct.

    (China Aluminum Network) The data from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology showed the production of ten kinds of nonferrous metals touched 2,6137,000 tons from January to October this year with an increase of 23.9% YoY.



    According to the data showed by MIIT on Dec.3, the output of ten kinds of nonferrous metals reached 2,6137,000 tons from January to October this year with an increase of 23.9% YoY. Among these, refined copper was 3,777,000 tons with an increase of 11.8% YoY; primary aluminum 1,3741,000 tons with an increase of 32.5%; Lead 3,354,000 tons with an increase of 8.8%; Zinc 4,256,000 tons with an increase of 21.0%.


    From Jan to Oct, total fixed assets investment of nonferrous industry reached 290.09 billion Yuan, with an increase of 37.5% YoY. The investment of newly-start projects touched 326.4 billion yean, with an increase of 38.8% YoY.



    From Jan to Oct, total imports and exports of non-ferrous metals reached $ 96,950,000,000, with an increase of 46.5%. Among these, imports touched $ 74,570,000,000 with an increase of 40.3% compared with the same period of last year; exports were $ 22,380,000,000 with an increase of 71.9% YoY.
