The Alcoa alloy (0301) enables Modine to produce the same high-quality across their operations. Alcoa plants that participated in the coordinated effort were: Kunshan, Köfém, Hungary and Lancaster, PA. The award was presented by Tom Marry, VP Modine-Asia in front of the Modine management team and more than 100 representatives of domestic and international suppliers.
Alcoa is working with Modine to explore ways to expand their work into additional markets using Alcoa aluminum alloys to replace other materials and take advantage of Alcoa’s abilities to reduce system costs, increase performance and generate considerable energy savings in cooling & heating.
