    Project of Aluminum Rail Vehicle Body started construction in Xin’An

    (China Aluminum Network) November 22, aluminum vehicle body project for rail vehicles started construction in Xin An county. The project is a joint work by Midas Holdings Ltd in Singapore and Henan Wanji Holdings Group. Once the project is put into production, Henan province will end the history that Henan cant produce aluminum profiles for rail vehicles. Provincial Committee and Party Secretary of Luoyang Mao Wanchun and other leaders participated in the ceremony.


    The project boasts world-class technology with total investment of 1.15 billion Yuan. It is expected to be complete in three phases with yearly output of 10 million tons aluminum alloy cast rods, 50,000 tons of aluminum rail vehicle body and body parts. The project is expected to achieve sales profit of 1.8 billion Yuan, profits and taxes 500 million Yuan, which can provide positions for more than 2200 people. The project plays an essential role in developing aluminum industrial products quality, improving the anti-risk ability of aluminum industry, adjusting the industrial structure of aluminum and building the country's major aluminum processing base.
