 Preface:

“ International Aluminum Industry&Technology Expo.” is held annually in Beijing. With great support from related departments, institutes, associations, and well-known companies, many enterprises participate in and make great achievements. Exhibition area and amount of enterprises of 2006 increase more rapidly than before. Due to continuous development of national economy and society progress, aluminum market of China will be further enlarged, and well-known enterprises both home and abroad will increase investment and extend cooperation.

Exhibition Scope:

Technology Communication:

The Committee will hold various technology communication meeting to advertise their products. All enterprises can apply for holding it and hand in a topic decided by themselves along with application form to the committee. So the organizer is able to arrange the spot for communication and advertisements. Each meeting lasts for two hours, RMB 6000 for domestic enterprises and USD 2000.

Charge standard:

standard exhibition booth (3m×3m)

Facilities: exhibition space, three-side exhibition board( 2.5m high), lintel card making, negociation table, two chairs, 10A/220V outlet and two spotlights

ground (rented area, at least 36 m²⁾  ), no other facilities except exhibition

space, safeguard service and common responsibility insurance.

Note: extra 20% of exhibition expenses for booth opening on two sides,special-equipped booth for international exhibition booth

Exhibition representitives is charged 600 yuan for meeting materials, lunch and souvenirs

Meeting Magazine:

In order to promote communication between exhibition enterprises and customers, the organization committee will edit meeting magazine (specification: 210mm×285mm)

Expenses:

Propaganda :

invite main public and professional media to hold news press

promote both home and abroad through the network of all customers

500,000 tickets and 300,000 invitation cards are sent to domestic and oversea clients by organization committee.

carry out overall advertising and promoting activities through TV, radio station, newspaper, specialty magazines and websites

advertise and promote by the same kind of large-scale impactive professional exhibition both home and abroad

advertise and promote through foreign institutions ( embassy,business association, various trade organizations)

Exhibition procedure:

fill “exhibition application and agreement”carefully and fax or E-mail the copy affixed with common seal to organization committee.

Exhibition enterprises should pay fees fully or 50% of the total by telegraph or directly given to organizers in ten days after the confirmation and fax receipt back for check.

The organization committee will E-mail invoice and “exhibition guide” to enterprises after they receive the expenses.

4. The principles for distributing order of exhibition enterprises: “application first, pay first”.

Exhibition Service:

transportation of exhibition products, customs declaration, offering inexpensive lodging place, travel,booking airplane and train ticket

free visit ticket for exhibitions enterprises, free magazine advertisements ( in 200 words)

Any enterprise that needs to use water,power current and compressed air for demonstration have to apply one month earlier.
