   Exhibition Expenses:

1.  Standard exhibition booth: (rented area, at least 9 m²)

    International exhibition space: RMB10800 Yuan/each

Domestic exhibition space: RMB8820 Yuan/each

(Facilities include 2.5-meters-high wainscot, English-Chinese lintel, negotiation table, two chairs, 10A/220V outlet and two spotlights, blankets)

Interior space: (rented area, at least 36 m²⁾

International exhibition space: RMB1100元/m²  

Domestic exhibition space: RMB900元/m² 

Note: There are fees for exhibition space, security guard and cleaning service excluding fees for management of empty space and electric power. Free service includes cleaning exhibition space regularly and 24-hour safekeeping by security guard, providing tesserae and invitation for customers, publishing 200-word brief introduction both in English and Chinese in magazine (Only electronic edition of word format is available)

Related activities:

In order to strengthen authority of this exhibition and attract more professional people to join it, organizers will invite authorities to related high-level symposium on development trend of aluminum plastic complex material industry, market demand and new technology.

Hosting units will invite well-known manufacturers home and abroad to Technology Communication Meeting on international technology, economy and trade communication, advertisements and introduction of products. All enterprises can apply for hosting it and fix a communication theme by themselves during the exhibition period.

2007 International Aluminum Plastic Plate Forum of Gaofeng Shanghai will be held at the same period.

Exhibition tips:

Exhibition applications fax or E-mail to organizers.

Exhibition enterprise should pay fees fully or 50% of the total by telegraph or directly given to for organizers. The rest should be paid off before Nov. 3, 2007, and we will issue invoice after arrival of your full exhibition fees.

Exhibition enterprises registered after Nov. 3, 2007 should pay exhibition fees fully once.

The principles for distributing order of exhibition enterprises: “application first, pay first”.

Exhibition enterprises should fax your bank cash remittance to organizers after they remit all the expenses.

Ordered exhibition booths can be preserved as long as exhibition enterprises pay 50% in advance during the stimulated period.

Organizers will deliver “exhibition manual” to all exhibition enterprises after they receive application and expenses.
